Management Board

The Management Board is appointed for a 3 year term of office. The present VII term of office expires in 2012.

Currently, the Management Board of the Company is composed of three persons:


Tadeusz Chodorowski President of the Management Board General Director	Danuta Rabęda Member of the Management Board Economic and Financial Director

Tomasz Wajdzik Member of the Management Board Marketing Director

On 09 May 2011 there was an Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of "Wrobis" during which the Management Board of the Company received confirmation of its activities performed in the fulfilment of its duties.

Pursuant to the commercial proxy received the following persons are authorised to represent the Company jointly with one member of the Management Board:

Anna Dziechciarz – Manager of the Budgeting and Financial Clearing Department;
Mariusz Maruszak – Deputy Technical Director;
