Strategy of Wrobis S.A.:
- To reinforce the position of a robust and modern company rendering comprehensive construction and installation projects in Poland and abroad and to keep the status of the leading construction company in Lower Silesia;
- To optimize the scope of services and contract management systems to meet clients’ and market requirements;
- To implement a reliable in-house and subcontractor staff management system;
- To secure further development of the company and satisfaction of employees and shareholders by means of an efficient management system, in particular in the following areas: tendering, production management, controlling;
- To ensure sustainable contract performance – in an environmentally-friendly and operator-safe manner, while ensuring compliance with the regulations in force;
- To continue expansion into foreign markets, including, but not limited to, the Middle East.
