The first one provides for the construction of a production building for a company named KRAUSE in Świdnica. The net value of this contract is approximately PLN 14 million and the works are scheduled to be finished within five months after the completion of the designing phase.

The other contract, concluded on 28 November, provides for the construction of two residential buildings at the Vivaldiego street in Wrocław for the Archicom company which has been cooperating with our company for several years. It is worthwhile mentioning here that WROBIS was also the main contractor for phases one and two of the project for construction of the housing estate in Jagodno. The current investment is stage four of the project which is due to be completed by May 2008.

On 23 October our company signed a contract for the construction of an office building for Poltegor Projekt Sp. z o.o. under a contract worth approx. PLN 12 million. The project is planned to be completed by the end of August next year.

At the turn of September WROBIS S.A. concluded a contract for the extension of a sports centre located in the Municipality of Żarów. The net value of the investment is over PLN 3 million net.
